Steps

Wash and boil rice.

Assemble all ingredients like boiled rice,curd,mustard seeds,red chilli,curry patta,chopped ginger.

Heat a tadka pan add oil and add all tadka ingredients and saute it.

Pour the tadka with rice & curd,add salt mix well.
- 5
Add grated cucumber and carrot serve it.In summer it is a very healty and tasty.
