Soak cashew in warm milk

Put oil in cooker and saute onion till golden brown

Now add tomatoes, garlic, ginger and salt.

Now close the lid and bring 3 whistles then off the gas and let it cool.

When the mixture cool down transfer it in mixing jar. Add Malai, kasoori methi and soaked cashew,churn it in mixie till it converts in to smooth paste(malai gives a smooth and shiny texture and cashew gives richness to the gravy)

Now add butter in kadahi heat it. Put masala and saute for 10 sec. Keep the flame medium.Now put the mixture in it and mix it well so that the masala blends well in gravy.

Now add sugar in the gravy. Mix it well and cover it and cook for 10 mins on low flame.

After 10 min put paneer in to it and cook for another 10 mins on low flame.

Your rich and creamy makhani paneer in ready to serve.
