Ingredients

  1. Boiled yam
  2. Crush pepper
  3. Crush onion
  4. Egg
  5. Flour
  6. Seasoning
  7. Curry
  8. Crush garlic
  9. shredded ice fish
  10. Thyme
  11. Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl mash your boiled yam and keep it aside

  2. 2

    For the sauce heat the pan and add your vegetable oil,onion,pepper,garlic,curry,thyme,seasoning,shredded fish and fry them for like 5minutes off the heat and keep it aside

    Take your mashed yam,add your sauce mix them until everything is well combine.

  4. 4

    Roll them into balls shape and keep it aside.

  5. 5

    Beat some eggs with little amount of seasoning,place your flour mixture aside by sprinkle some seasoning too.

    Heat the pan with vegetable oil and start frying them bit by bit, take the balls by deepin it inside the egg,then to the flour mixture and lastly to the hot oil untill golden brown wen it’s done off the heat,serve your self and enjoy,but I serve mine with catfishpeppersoup.
