Steps

First boil the chowmins with few drops of oil.add little amount salt.boil for 3min.

After boiled remove the water from chowmins. Wash the chowmins in cold water.

Put a pan on gas stove. Add little oil.then add green chilli and onions. After little brown in colour add all chopped vegetables. Add salt black pepper powder. Saute for 1 minutes. Cover it.

When vegetables are soft add chowmins.add vinegar and soya sauce. Saute the chowmins for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add chopped coriander. Off the gas stove. And serve it.
