Cooking Instructions

    Fry the eggs and put it on the plate

    Grind garlics, shallots, and candle nuts

  3. 3

    Heat the oil, not too much then add garlics, shallots, and candle nuts. Stir it well. Then add chopped tomato.

    Add bay leave, keffir lime leaves, and mashed lemon grass. Stir it and smell it.

    Pour water until boiled and add eggs

    Add sugar and salt. Stir it well and ready to eat.
