1 packtofu (fried)
15red chillies
11garlic

1galangal
1 tbspsweet soy sauce
Cooking oil

Cut and fry the tofu

Blend red chillies, garlic, shallot and galangal.

Sautee the blended spices with a little bit of cooking oil then add some water.

Put the eggs and fried tofu in, then season it.

Last, when the eggs get brown, add sweet soy sauce and 3 lime leaves.
