Ingredients

  1. leavesDark Zobo
  2. Pineapple(fresh, peel and/or flavour)
  3. Ginger
  4. Water melon juice
  5. Cucumber juice
  6. Sugar
  7. Ice cubes and cucumber for decor

Steps

  1. 1

    Add some lemons, pineapple and Zobo leaves

    Add the ginger too

    And cloves too

    Add to a pot with the zobo and boil for about 10 minutes

  5. 5

    Sieve and add sugar. Add the flavors that you like. Garnish with ice cubes and cucumbers or Lemon slices

  6. 6

    You could also blend some cucumbers and other fruits and seive the juice in the Zobo drink.

    If Zobo leaves is too sour, add Kanwa(potash) to kill the sourness.
