1/2cucumber
Handfulcoriander
Pinchsalt and pepper
1 teaspoonSugar
as neededLime juice optional (based on how sour mangoes are)

First cut the mango and cucumber into cubes and put it into a bowl.

Add salt and pepper. Mix well.
