Ingredients

  1. Boneless chicken half kg strips
  2. 1 tspSalt
  3. 1 tspCrushed red pepper
  4. 1 1/2 tspCrushed zeera
  5. 1Egg
  6. 2-3 tbspSesame seeds
  7. 1 tbspSoya sauce
  8. 2-3 tbspCornflour

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate chicken with all the above mentioned things except for cornflour.

  2. 2

    Leave for 2 hours.

  3. 3

    Just before frying add in cornflour n deep fry in medium hot oil till tender, golden n crispy.
