  1. 70 gAnghara leaf(shredded)
  2. 1 tspSalt
  3. 500 gOkro(shredded)
  4. Palmoil 1 cksp
  5. Crayfish (ground) 1cksp
  6. 2 pcsOgiri Opei(locust beans)
  7. 1 tbsGround dr y pepper
  8. cubeSeasoning 2
  9. 4 piecesBeef
  10. 4 piecesPonmo

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash beef and ponmo,marinate and cook with water just to cover all,when done to turn,add little more water,palmoil,opei,(dissolved)crayfish,pepper,and taste to adjust,if little more salt is needed.

    Add washed and shredded okro,boil for 2mins,add anghara leaf last,boil for 1min...set be with "swallow" of choice...
