  2. 2Green chilli
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. To tasteRed chilli powder
  5. To tasteCoriander powder
  6. 1 tspGaram masala powder
  7. As neededWheat flour
  8. As neededButter or ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Mash the boiled potatoes. Add all spices.

  2. 2

    Knead the dough. Make balls.

  3. 3

    Put filling in the dough.

  4. 4

    Cook it both sides with butter or ghee.

  5. 5

    Paratha is ready to serve. Serve it with pickle or yoghourt.
