To tasteCoriander powder
1 tspGaram masala powder
As neededWheat flour
As neededButter or ghee

Mash the boiled potatoes. Add all spices.

Knead the dough. Make balls.

Put filling in the dough.

Cook it both sides with butter or ghee.

Paratha is ready to serve. Serve it with pickle or yoghourt.
