Potato, Cheese, and Frankfurter Croquettes

First, prepare all the ingredients.

Peel the potatoes, cook them, and once cooked, mash them. Add a little milk, the grated cheeses, the frankfurters finely chopped, salt, pepper, and the beaten eggs. Mix everything together.

Once the mixture has cooled, use a teaspoon to scoop out portions and shape them into croquettes. Coat each croquette first in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. Place them in the refrigerator for 1 hour so the coating stays on during frying.

Fry the croquettes in plenty of oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil. Enjoy your croquettes—they are delicious!
