I'm not a fan of fried foods, but I really like falafel. I found this baked recipe that's absolutely delicious.

I'm not a fan of fried foods, but I really like falafel. I found this baked recipe that's absolutely delicious.
Steps
- 1
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and blend with a hand blender or in a blender. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- 2
Once blended, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, form slightly flattened balls, and place them on the paper.
- 3
Bake for about 30 minutes. If they are still too soft after this time, bake for another 10-15 minutes.
- 4
For dipping, I like to mix some whipped cheese with garlic powder and a bit of chives. Super delicious.
