Ingredients

  1. 1 ltrfull fat milk
  2. 3 spoonssugar
  3. 10pistachios
  4. 10Cashewnuts
  5. 1 pinchkesar
  6. 1elaichi pod

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil milk till it remains 1/2 in quantity add sugar, elaichi, pista, kaju.

  2. 2

    Add kesar, switch off the flame.Keep it aside for an hour.Keep it in the freezer for 1 hour.

  3. 3

    Pour the basundi in the glass.,put on the jalebi top of the glass. Sprinkle some pista.Garnish with little silver bark.

  4. 4

    I used market bought jalebi.
