  • Ofada rice
  • Salt
  • Sombo
  • Assorted meat
  • Onion
  • Palmoil
  • cubesSeasoning
  • Locust beans

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse the ofada and boil to soften.wash and re boil to soften more.

  2. 2

    Season and boil the assorted meat,bleach palmoil and fry the blended fresh tomatoes,onion and pepper.

  3. 3

    As the tomatoes and pepper is fry add the boiled meat to fry together.

  4. 4

    Add the salt,locust beans,seasoning cubes.
