Ingredients

  • 2 cupsmurmura
  • 2 tbsproasted peanuts
  • 1 tbspraisins
  • 1 tbsproasted soya sticks
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 pinchhing
  • 1/2 tspchaat masala
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1 pinchred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tspcrushed roasted curry leaves
  • 1 tbspmustard oil
  • 1 handfulcrispy homemade potato chips
  • 1 tspsugar /sugarfree
  • 1/4 tspgarlic powder (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp amchoor powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast peanuts in microwave.Then roast few curry leaves smearing a pinch of oil.Heat 1 tbsp mustard oil and sprinkle cumin and mustard seeds.When they splutter,add pinch of hing.Add the roasted peanuts and curry leaves.Then add the murmura(puffed rice).Add other masalas,little sugar,chaat masala, amchoor powder,raisins,potato chips,soya sticks or any other dry roasted ingredient of your choice.Toss all.Cool and store in an airtight container.
