Mix cocoa powder and sugar 1 tsp in 100 ml of water and keep it aside.

Now to the remaining water add agar agar and let it boil to dissolve.
Once the agar agar completely dissolves add the cocoa mix, remaining sugar and condensed - 3
Mix to boil and once it boils remove off flame.
Now pour it to any vessel and let it cool.
Once cooled put it in the refrigerator for 5 hours to set. - 4
After 4 hours, just cover the vessel with a plate and reverse it.
The jelly is ready to be served.
Cut to pieces and you see it getting over in no time. - 5
