Ingredients

  • 200 gbiltong (Cut)
  • 250 mlflour
  • 2 cupsmilk
  • 6 cupswater
  • 2 blocksbeef knorr flavor
  • Halve cup butter
  • Black pepper and nutmug
  • 1 cupcheddar cheese
  • Quartcup cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Melted the butter in pan. Crushed the beef blocks in add all the spice.

  2. 2

    Add the flour and stirr. Mix milk and water, add to the flour mixture.

  3. 3

    Stirr till boiling point. Took of stove, add cheese and biltong, stirr well.

  4. 4

    Add cream, serve warm and enjoy.
