Ingredients

  • 1 kg kaddu(pumpkin)
  • 2big potato
  • 3onion chopped finely
  • 2 tspGinger garlic green chilli paste
  • 3tomato
  • 1 tspCumin powder half tsp
  • To tasteGaram masala one fourth tsp
  • 1 tspMethi seeds coarsely grinded
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tbspmustard oil
  • 2 tbspmustard oil

Steps

    First wash and cut tha kaddu they look like this type cut potato and one onion along with kaddu

    Heat a kadaayee put mustard oil let it enough hot when smoke come out from oil low the flame add methi seeds and onions fry for four to five minute add ginger garlic and green chilli paste adjust the green chilli according to u

  3. 3

    Fry for two minute now add tomato when tomato get soft then add turmeric powder cumin powder garam masala powder and salt fry for a minute now add chopoed kaddu potato and onion mix it very well cook the veg until they get mushy it takes 15 To 20 minutes to cook

    Enjoy it with roti or poori
