Peel and dice plantain into cube shape

Heat oil in a frying pan. Add salt to the plantain and pour inside the oil and fry till golden brown

Blend pepper,maggi and onions and mix in the tomato paste and fry..

Pour the plantain in the fried sauce and stir well.. Put down when mixed well

Shred carrot and cabbage..either mix with cream or not.. Ur choice

Put plantain in a plate and d coslow..

Serve and eat
