Steps

Break the eggs and mix in a cup or bowl

Cut up the ugali into small pieces

Put the pieces of ugali in the egg mixture

Mix well and add salt to taste. Heat the oil in a pan

Once the oil is hot enough Put the pieces of ugali coated in egg mixture on the pan. Let them fry till cooked

Once cooked remove them and serve with anything you would wish.
