1/2 cupbutter, softened

2x 3.5 oz. instant vanilla pudding packages
1 tsp.vanilla
4 cupsmilk
12 oz.Cool Whip
Gummy worms to garnish

Crush Oreos or blend in food processor.

Blend: Cream cheese, butter, vanilla, confectioner's sugar.

In separate bowl, whisk together milk and pudding mix. Fold in Cool Whip.
