Add the homemade thick Chips to the deep fryer cook on low for 5 minutes then turn it high for the last 5-8 minutes until brown and crisp

Add the cream to a saucepan and the milk heat up slowly add the grated chedder cheese and stir until melted when boiling turn low and add 2 heaped tbls Sweet Chilli. Stir and simmer for 1 minute.

When the chips are golden add to a kitchen paper to soak off any oil. Add to the serving plates. Add the grated cheese share between two. Add to a microwave for 1 minute to help melt the cheese.

Serve hot with some extra chilli cheesey sauce.
