Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboondi
  2. 4bowls curd (dahi)
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1 spoonoil
  5. 1/2 spooncumin seeds
  6. 1/5 spoonred chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take boondi in a big bowl and soak in water for 10 minutes than rinse.

  2. 2

    Now add curd and salt and mix.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a big spoon or chamcha add cumin seeds and red chilli powder also can add asafoetida

  4. 4

    Now dip this chamcha in curd and quickly cover it.

  5. 5

    Tasty raita is ready.
