Ingredients

  1. 1/3 cupButter
  2. 1 cupWater
  3. 1 cupWhite flour
  4. 1 TbspBlack pepper
  5. 1/2 tspSalt
  6. 1-2Green chillies
  7. Corriender leaves 3-4 Tbs
  8. 3Egg
  9. 1/2 cupPotato boiled or mashed

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water add butter

  2. 2

    Add flour and make soft dough

  3. 3

    Take dough in bowl and cool add all the seasoning and egg and beat it well then add poratoes

  4. 4

    Set mixture for 1-2 hours

  5. 5

    With oily hands make small balls and fry at medium flame.
