Boil overnight soaked rajma

Grinded into a paste

Dry roast all the spices for 3..4 minutes

Grind the spices

Soak cashews and brown onion

Dry roast gram flour

Make paste of cashews, brown rice and hung curd

Add roasted gram flour, cashews and brown onion curd paste in rajma paste

Add galouti masala in it

Add chopped green chillies and coriander leaves in it and add ghee too

Mix well

Now give the shape of kababs as desired

Shallow fry on pan adding gher or oil on slow heat till golden and crispy from outside

Now serve hot
