Pressure cook the chole with tea bag, salt,cinnamon stick, both cardamom for 5-6 whistle or until they are soft. Discard the spices and tea bag..drain the water and keep aside.

In a pan heat oil.
Add the bay leaf, cinnamon stick and cumin seeds.
add onions and ginger-garlic paste. Saute till the golden brown.
add tomato puree and saute till they start releasing oil. - 3
Add chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, amchur powder, garam masala and salt. saute for a minute.add chana masala too.

Then add chole. Add drain water and mix well. Cook for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat.Now heat 1 spoon oil,add cumin powder,green chilli.and 1/2 chopped garlic.and put 1/2 tbsp red chilli..immediately pour this tadka on chole.garnish chole with ginger slices, coriander, and onions.

Bhature
Combine the flour, oil, salt, sugar and mix well.
Add soda water and Knead into a soft dough.if required than add water
Apply oil and cover it with a cloth. Leave it for 5-10 min. - 6
Divide it into 6-8 equal portions.Roll out into an oval or round shape.
Heat oil in a pan.
Deep fry till the bhaturas puff up and both sides are slightly golden brown in colour.
Serve bhature hot with the chole, onions, pickle and lemon.
