Chop the cauliflower to bite-sized pieces and places on an oven pan. Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius

Sprinkle the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, thyme and pepper on the cauliflower and run in with your hands
- 3
Place in the oven for 25 minutes. Don't over do it because the cauliflower with either burn or be too soft when you bite it. Remove from the oven and serve while it's still hot.
