Cooking Instructions

Chop your onion, carrot and bell pepper into very small pieces

In a Bowl break your eggs and add 2 tbsp of Milk to them

Beat the mixture then add in salt and the vegetables

Heat a non stick pan on medium low heat
- 5
Then add a small batch of the eggs
- 6
Let it cook on one side then gently roll it till the end
- 7
Don't remove it from the pan, add another batch of the eggs to the end of the already cooked egg and let it cook for 2 mins

Fold and Roll again very gently and add another batch of eggs at the end and let it cook.

Repeat the process until you're finished.

Enjoy. Add Ketchup as a dip 👌
