1 cupchicken
1/2 tspginger garlic paste
1/2 tspsoya sauce
1/2 tsplemon juice
1/2 tspblack paper
1/2 tsppeprika powder
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 tbscorn flour
1/2 tbsmeda
2potato sliced

Steps

Add in a bowl chicken and all ingredients n mix well,then rest for 1 hour for marinade.

After 1 hour 1/2 cup water in a bowl n add 1 tbs meda n mix it..then potato slice in the dip of mixture..now 1 slice little bit fold n add marinade chicken 1 piece in the slice n fix the toothpick or stick..then ready to fry..deep frying for 4-5 min on a low to medium flame.
