First wash all vegetables and chop all,keep aside

Now in a pan add oil,on medium flame heat oil,add cumin,put all vegetables along with salt,turmeric,red chilli

Cook till vegetables become soft

Now add rice and toss well and sprinkle lemon juice and serve
