Ingredients

250 gseeded flour
150 mlwater
1 tspbrown sugar
1 tspsalt
7 gyeast
10 mlolive oil

Steps

Mix all dry ingredients in a big bowl

Warm the water, mix with the oil, and add it to the dry mix

Mix all together first with a spoon and then work the dough for around 10m
4

Shape the bread and leave it grow for 40m while preheating the oven
5

Bake at 200 C for about 35-40m.
