Chop the vegetables very small

Add the water, chili powder and lemon,then stir.

Add salt and vinegar to onions for 5 minutes, then wash and rinse it.

Add the rest of vegetables then leave it in the fridge for 1 hour. The more it is marinated, the tasty it would be.

Served over kofta(like meat balls) sandwiches with tahina
