Beat egg well And crush vermicelli with hands

Now dip kabab in egg then cover it with crushed vermicelli and put it in fridge for 15 mints

Heat oil then fry kababs on medium heat till golden

Make small eggs of cottage cheese put eggs on kababs and decorate with green coriander serve with green chatni
