In a vessel boil water.

Add salt and oil and add pasta

Cook for 10-12 minutes. Once done strain. Keep some water to add in pasta sauce. Rinse the hot pasta under running water, so it stops cooking further and doesn't stick together.

Heat butter. Add ginger garlic paste and onion. Saute

Add peas, capsicum and cook

Add tomato puree and cook

Add the seasoning and pasta sauce

Add cheese spread and mix

Add the cooked pasta. Mix, taste and balance flavour accordingly. Add some pasta water if the gravy looks dry.

Serve hot
