Steps

Wash,dry and cut bhindis rounds.

Take a kadai,add oil,hing and jeera.

Let them crackle,add bhindi,onions,salt,haldi and stir it.

Let it cook for 15 minutes without covering.

As they get soft add besan,chilli powder,coriander powder and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.

Now it's done.
