Take a paneer in bowl add cornflour, maida, black pepper and salt. Mix well and keep aside for 10 min. Till then cut capsicum onion and chilli

Keep one kadai on flame pour oil in it. Now deep fry the Paneer untill golden brown. Take another pan pour little bit oil in it. Add ginger garlic paste, Saute a little and add green chilli, capsicum and onion. Saute together. Add red chilli sauce, soya sauce mix well.

Now add fried Paneer in it saute together. Chilli Paneer is ready. Serve hot.
