Ingredients

  • 4कितने लोगों के लिए :2 -
  • समय :15 से 30 मिनट
  • मील टाइप :वेज#हेल्‍दी फूड
  • आवश्यक सामग्री
  • साबूदाना 1 कप (4-5 घंटे भिगोकर रखे हुए)
  • सेंधा नमक एक छोटा चम्मच
  • काली मिर्च पाउडर आधा छोटा चम्मच
  • 4-5बारीक कटी हरी मिर्च
  • बारीक कटी धनियापत्ती 1 बड़ा चम्मच
  • मूंगफली एक कटोरी
  • 3उबले हुए आलू
  • तलने के लिए तेल
  • एक कड़ाही
  • विधि
  • सबसे पहले मीडियम आंच में कड़ाही या पैन में मूंगफली डालकर भून लें
  • इसमें 8-10 मिनट लगेंगे. इसके बाद मूंगफली को एक प्लेट में निकालकर थोड़ा ठंडा होने दें
  • मूंगफली के छिलके हटाकर दरदरा कूट लें
  • एक बड़े बर्तन में साबूदाना, सेंधा नमक, काली मिर्च पाउडर, धनियापत्ती, मूंगफली और हरी मिर्च डालकर अच्छी तरह मिला लें
  • फिर इसमें आलू मैश करके अच्छी तरह मिलाएं. मिश्रण से छोटी लोइयां लेकर वड़े/बड़े बना लें
  • कड़ाही में तेल डालकर मीडियम आंच पर गर्म करें
  • (ये है साबूदाना भिगोने का सही तरीका)
  • जब तेल गर्म हो जाए तो इसमें एक बार में 4-5 वड़े डालकर सुनहरा होने तक तल लें
  • इसी तरीके बाकी बचे वड़ों को भी तल लें
  • तैयार वड़ों को मनपसंद चटनी के साथ खाएं और खिलाएं
