Steps

Peel the potatoes & wash well

Cut thick chips

Heat the oil on medium. Pat dry the chips in a tea towel

Once oil is ready fry the chips just for a minute.

Take them out, strain on a serviette.let them cool completely

Now once ready to serve, heat the oil again & fry. Sprinkle some salt & toss

They will be crisp & restaurant style fries
