  • Black pepper
  • White pepper
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Chopped all vegetables and set aside

    Heat oil in a non stick pan. saute the vegetables

    Season to taste

    In a bowl, crack eggs, add salt, black and white pepper. Whisk egg slightly

    Make a hole in the vegetables, and pour eggs

    Reduce heat to low, cover and allow egg to cook

    N/B : Do not mix egg egg after adding into the vegetables
