  • 2sausage cooked
  • 2carrots
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1green pepper
  • 1red pepper
  • 1 tspblack pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Add carrots to pan with oil. Cook until softened a bit

    Add chopped onions, cook until slightly brown

    Add cooked sausages, stir fry a few minutes

    Add red and green peppers

    Add salt, black pepper, toss a few seconds and take off the heat. Serve
