Fried Rice with Egg and Chinese Sausage

It's been a while since I last cooked. Now that I'm back to working from home, I have to create my favorite dish, which is fried rice. I found some Chinese sausage and regular sausage forgotten in the fridge, so I made a delicious meal!
Cooking Instructions

Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture.

Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Once the oil is hot, add the Chinese sausage and stir until it turns a nice color.

When the Chinese sausage is ready, add the sausage and stir well.

Add the egg and stir to combine.

Add the cooked jasmine rice and stir.

Add the seasonings according to the recipe, increase the heat slightly, and stir well. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. Turn off the heat, sprinkle with ground pepper, and stir once more.

Serve on a plate and enjoy!
