In baisan add all spices along with egg, oil n make a batter with water n keep it aside.

Cut all vegetables n keep aside.

Now when frying time comes, take potatoes in a bowl n add in 3 tbsp mixture n coat it well n deep fry till golden crispy.

Same process is with brinjal slices.

Take onions in bowl n add in 2 to 3 tbsp of mixture making sure that onions are more n less baisan mixture. Deep fry till golden n crispy.
