Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 cupquick oats
  • 1 cupbuttermilk
  • 1egg
  • 1/2brown sugar
  • 1/4 cupvegetable oil
  • 1 cupall purpose flour
  • 1 tea spoonbaking
  • 1/2 tea spoonbaking soda
  • 1/2 tea spoonsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl soak oats in butter milk for 10 mins

  2. 2

    Stir in egg,brown sugar and oil

  3. 3

    Combine flour,baking powder, baking soda, n salt

  4. 4

    Stir into into oat mixture until moistened

  5. 5

    Fill the mixture in a greased tin n bake at 180 for 25 mins or until skewer comes out dry

  6. 6

    Let it cool n serve with a cup of coffee or milk😋😋

  7. 7
