Cabbage Idli(with a twist)

This is the special Idli what My mom makes #favourite

Take a bowl and mix cabbage + salt + Hing(asafoetida) + red chilli + besan(gram flour) + sour curd and make a batter. It should be thick. Make a hole in the centre of the batter. Then put some juice of Lemons in the hole you make and put soda and Eno in it. Mix it with a light hand so that froth of the all the three ingredients won’t get lost.

Take the idli cooker and put one glass of water in it. Grease the idli maker with little oil. Then take the batter and put it into the Idli cooker (the batter).Steam for 10-15 mins.Check with a tooth pick.Serve hot
