Ingredients

  • 1 kgpork
  • 1onion
  • 2tomatoes
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1 tspchili powder
  • 1 tsppaprika
  • 1 tspcumin

Steps

  1. 1

    Add pork to dry pan fry until all the water evaporates

  2. 2

    Fry pork with its own fat until browned and crispy

  3. 3

    Add chopped onions fry until softened

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes, cook until turned to tomato paste

  5. 5

    Add in paprika, cumin, chili powder and stir fry few minutes

  6. 6

    Serve with ugali
