Ingredients

  • 1 cuprolled oats
  • 1/2 cupraisins
  • 1 cupalmonds
  • 1/2 cupground nuts (oven baked or fried)/ 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • Chia seeds, sesame seeds (not a must)
  • 1/2 cuphoney

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind Almonds and peanuts separately.

  2. 2

    Mix all dry ingredients together. Add honey and mix well preferably by hand.

  3. 3

    Pre heat the oven at 170 degrees

  4. 4

    Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes until well cooked and dry.
