Ingredients

1 cuprolled oats
1/2 cupraisins
1 cupalmonds
1/2 cupground nuts (oven baked or fried)/ 1/2 cup peanut butter
Chia seeds, sesame seeds (not a must)
1/2 cuphoney

Grind Almonds and peanuts separately.

Mix all dry ingredients together. Add honey and mix well preferably by hand.

Pre heat the oven at 170 degrees

Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes until well cooked and dry.
