Steak kebab

Steak kebab is one of my favorite experiment cooking with steak. The slight vinegar tenders the steak a little, the garlic gives it an awesome natural aroma, the oil moistens it, the few mix of spices and seasonings gives it a very unique taste.
I like to use ingredients that any other person can find available in their locality.
I love the way the juice of the tomatoes gives the meat a juicy nature and the onions with the green peppers gives it a wonderful smell that makes you call for more.
You can try this now and tell others where you learned from, its my pleasure.
