Firstly take a pan and put some oil into it.

Add tomato first then add onion and green chilli into it and mix it

Then add salt, red mirchi powder into it an dstir the mixture.

On the other side put brinjal onto a flame and when it is ready then clean it with water and clean the black covering of brinjal and mash it.

Mixture is ready then add mashed brinjal into it and stir it.

Add garam masala and amchur powder into it an dmix it.

Now baigan ka bartha is ready to serve.
